Mostly I read
failures.

Smallest version that can fail honestly. If it breaks there it breaks everywhere.

Config, metrics, traces. The one I need later is always the one I nearly skipped.

Most bugs live in the input, not the logic.

A paragraph per failure. That is where the next fix comes from.
